About Tara & her family, we invite you to evaluate this for yourself and your family.
Tara is a happily married mother of 3 young children. She is also a successful business woman. Past careers as a Registered Insurance Broker and an Elementary School Teacher have assisted her in becoming the well rounded, nurturing and forward-thinking entrepreneur that she is. Things were not always easy for Tara, she struggled for nearly 9 years to obtain a full time teaching career, she always felt as though she was at the mercy of another person making the decision about her future (ironically as she went through her 6th year as a business owner in 2015, she recognized the "struggle" was something she has made a habit of creating). Now looking back she is grateful to have the ability to enjoy time-freedom to share precious time with her family while no one tells her what to do and when, she makes decisions that are right for her and her family. Now with awareness, she knows that the "struggle and survival mode" she created for herself unconsciously and the permission & approval that she looked for from so many others is no longer serving her. She understands that in order to really live free, it begins with our ability to trust ourselves and be intentional about our own growth.
As a passionate mom-preneur, Tara loves assisting other moms just like her. Tara believes that being a mom doesn't have to mean daycare, full time hours at work and a boss to ask for time off. Being a mom to her means to be able to put family first, while creating a residual based income that not only allows for time-freedom but it also assists in realizing dreams and empowering our children to do whatever their heart desires.
Tara's parents always told her that she could do anything that she wishes to do. She always took that to heart and although she enjoyed many parts of her previous careers, they didn't fit 100% of the time.
Along Tara's journey, there were many people that don't believe in her choices to become a Professional Network Marketer and Coach. The best piece of advice she can give you, if you are looking at building a residual based income via Network Marketing or coaching is, don't let others knock you down. Never give up, because quite possibly if you TAKE ACTION required and work on yourself, within 3-5 and for some it will take 10 years of doing this type of business those people who didn't believe will be realizing they prejudged, and they may be the same people complaining about not being able to afford the luxuries and freedom that you are enjoying!
Tara knew all along this would be a vehicle that would allow for time and financial freedom, even while hearing from the nay-sayers. Within 18 months of being driven, open and coached, Tara was able to say goodbye to her teaching career (before the age of 35).
This opportunity is open to everyone. The question is, do you have the BELIEF in yourself to go ahead and start building a successful future of living your dreams instead of working hard to build the dreams of your boss or owner of the business you work for, only to have to "ask" to have time off that you know that you deserve to have?
Now that Tara has the ability to make her own decisions each day without going to work for an employer (which she calls a gift), she can manage her businesses (yes now she enjoys doing so much more than one business) in the "pockets of her time" in between taking kids to school and volunteering, hockey, gymnastics, social events, and weekly date nights with her incredible husband and girls nights monthly with her friends. (This requires a conscious effort to balance priorities, especially when we are our own boss). We must become very aware of the time we take when we focus on the actions required. Often people who find their passion in helping others, find they can very easily burn out if they are not careful. (which has happened to Tara and she is very transparent about that part of her journey as an attempt to help others who may be going through it) Setting personal boundaries as well as letting go of the parts of life that are not serving us anymore are very important parts of this journey to finding your courage and freedom. She knows what is possible and it involves living each day by choice. She loves showing others how to create that type of freedom too!
