The Art of Soul Journaling

In March of 2016, one of my beautiful mentors, Peta Kelly, introduced me to a book called Meet your Soul and it was written by Elisa Romeo. I was intrigued when I would hear people sharing experiences they were having with their soul and as I worked towards my dream of truly trusting myself at all times, I knew this was a book I must read.
I didn't want to put the book down. The book had some wonderful meditations that helped me to learn more about who my soul was. There was even a meditation for me to "meet my soul" (and at the time I may have tried to meditate about 6 times before - so I wasn't a "pro" by any means). I will admit, I was skeptical. How would I meet my soul? And at the very last few seconds of my meditation, I met her...she was a glowing turquoise colour and her name was Ethos. I was a believer.
Soul Journaling would be the next step. Now that I had met Ethos, I knew that I trusted the process, because after all when I looked up the definition of Ethos, it said: the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution;
Really? Could this be true? Did this just happen? People will think you are CRAZY if you begin to share this with others. But I went ahead and wrote a message in Facebook and Linked in, that week as I introduced her to the world (or whomever was willing to read it). Here is the link if you would like to read it too: Linked In & Facebook (written April 8th)

In October of 2016, I decided to begin the process of Soul Journaling and I will admit that it came VERY easy. I will share wisdom, messages and reminders that Ethos has for me on this page. You just never know how much you might connect with a message or two also.
